| Lodging
Rates:
Regular rate : $30/person for the weekend (Friday 3pm –
Sunday 11am)
Girl Scout rate: $24/person for the weekend (Friday 3pm –
Sunday 11 am)
These items are included in the lodging fee:
Sports Court, Horseshoe pitching, Swimming Pool, Blanco River
Area (including the use of canoes, kayaks, paddles, lifejackets,
and tubes), and the Campfire Circle (if Hays County is under
a burn ban, there will be no ground fires). All river and
pool activities must have a lifeguard present. You may hire
our lifeguards prior to your visit or bring one of your own
with a copy of their certification for the office.
Meal Rates:
In order to cook for your group, you must have 40 or more
guaranteed in your group. This is an optional addition to
your group contract.
Breakfast $6/person
Lunch $7/person
Dinner $8/person
Kitchen Rental:
If we are not providing meals, you may choose to rent our
Grubstake Dining Hall and kitchen for $100. This includes
use of the stove, refrigerator, coffee pot, sink, cooking
utensils, dishwasher, dishes and silverware. This does not
include use of any paper goods or food supplies.

Activity
Rates:
These are optional additions to your contract and must be
decided upon at least one month prior to your visit to Rocky
River Ranch. All of these activities will be scheduled through
our office.
Supervised Horseback Rides - $18.00/person
Horseback Badgework (Girl Scouts)- $8/person
Climbing Wall - $6.00/person
Bunkhouse Cabins:
Our cabins are rustic, but are air conditioned and heated.
Each guest is responsible for bringing their own bedding,
pillow, towels and toiletries. We require a minimum number
of guests in each of our bunkhouses. Listed below is the maximum
capacity for each cabin and the minimum number required:
Bar Nada (22 beds, minimum of 17)
Lazy D (22 beds, minimum of 17)
The Wagons (18 beds, minimum of 14)
Western Empress (30 beds, minimum of 23)
Circle B (36 beds, minimum of 27)
Bar K (22 beds, minimum of 17)
